Overwhelm: Goals & Sustainable Self-Care

What this looks like

Overwhelm isn't always dramatic. Sometimes it's just the quiet, constant feeling of being behind, of a to-do list that never actually gets shorter, of self-care becoming one more task you fail at instead of something that recharges you. Left unaddressed, this kind of chronic overwhelm is often where burnout and low-grade, high-functioning depression start to take root.

How I can help

We start by getting honest about what your actual goals are, not the ones you think you're supposed to have. From there, we break overwhelm into pieces small enough to actually manage, and build a self-care practice that fits into your real life, not an idealized version of it you'll never keep up with. This isn't about adding more to your plate. It's often about identifying what can come off it.

What changes over time

Clients describe feeling like they finally have room to breathe. Not because life got easier, but because they've built a sustainable way to carry it.
